~When I worked at the Tri-State Lottery Commission, I found some memos referring to the numbers that were to be "randomly" selected along with the ages of the people who had played those numbers. There was a second memo directing the Chief of Office Security to pick up one winner to take him to claim his winnings and with further direction to the chief to bring back half of the payout. I'm not suggesting there was hanky-panky going on, but those memos sure looked mighty peculiar to me.

I have noticed this. Usually people who have one foot in the grave or who really don't need it and wouldn't give a penny to charity-those are the ones who almost always win.

Not true, my niece in law's brother won 1.2 million dollars and he's only 25.
