To me, GWB is alright, compared to all the other candidates we had to choose from. A lot you Bush haters don't even know the reason for your hatred. Most of you are only mimicking your uninformed family and friends. Who cares what you idiots think anyway. He won...twice. Your idol is a pervert, traitor, and adulterer.

I can't fathom how people can be so stupid and say that President Bush is doing a good job. When he took office the Federal Budget was balanced and it is now trillions of dollars in the red. Our grandkids will still be trying to pay it off after we are long gone, if the country survives that long, that is. He is going to go down in history as the worst president this country has ever had. He has made many mistakes although he will never admit that he made even one. I sincerely hope that congress will not allow him to get us involved in a war with North Korea, that would be an even bigger mistake than the Iraq war that's beginning to look like it will never end. Sure we should protect ourselves against terrorists but don't let that be the end all of everything else. We need a President that will strengthen America, not weaken it as George W. Bush has, and continues to do with his stupid blunders, he is a big joke. And where was he in 1972 while some of our fathers were getting themselves killed and maimed for life in Vietnam? Answer : Partying and getting drunk while he was AWOL from the Ala. Air National Guard, but he wasn't punished for it because of his rich DAD.

I think he is wrong on immigration and has a problem with spending in some areas, however, he is the right man for the job when it comes to national security. Iraq is nothing like vietnam, we are not fight a country with people that have uniforms, we are fight people who want to kill American civilians in this country and others. He has helped free millions from an evil dictator that killed millions, where are the crying liberals at when it came to their human rights? I tell you where one of them was, disgracing the office of president and being a wimp when it came to foriegn affairs. It was clinton who made the deal with N. Korea to give them enriched uranium to "help them with nuclear energy", and believed they would not make nuclear bombs with it. Bush is doing a good job of cleaning up the messes of the prior 8 years before he got there.

I think he is a nice, decent person who has given his best effort to make his country strong. He has faced some difficult situations like 9/11 and the difficulties the terrorists are causing in Iraq. However, I think he truly believes the US can change the world for the better, by exporting our system of government and its freedoms and liberties. Our system is not flawless, but is the best around.
Lincoln once said something like: democracy would be the worst possible form of government, except for the alternatives.

Personally I think that he is doing a great job of defending our country. He is not perfect, but he is trying to play by the rules set up by people that are more worried about their cushy jobs than anyone else. I am talking about Congress especially some of the Democrats.

"Our President" is a decent man who approaches his role and responsibilities with respect for his position and the people of our country, high morals, and a standard of personal dignity that pervades all that he does.
His leadership will not be remembered as being the best our country has ever seen, but his decisions and actions while in office will be recorded as having been taken in the best interest (short and long term) for our country and not for his personal gratification or self-indulgence.

most likely he will go down as one of the worst president's we've ever had. he's managed to take a positive budget and go to the largest deficit we've ever had. He's mired us in another Vietnam in Iraq, he's said one thing about security then done another (dubai ports deal). He's alienated us from even our staunchest supporters, and on top of it all favors big business....

the more a person dislikes the job he is doing, the less they actually know about what a president is supposed to do.
