the est thing is antistatic wipes made for them, you can pick them up at electronic stores, walmart, target, etdc, about 3.00 for a container

Be VERY careful what you put on that screen!!!! Yes the anti-static wipes that specifically say for LCD screen are fine but alcohol is way too strong just for dust! I just got a new Viewsonic 20" LCD and they enclosed a small microfiber cloth and a note saying "Only clean the screen with this towel".

Kim Komando, recomends, using 50% water, and 50% alcohol. Put this in a spray bottle, and spray onto a clean, soft cloth. Rub the screen gently, with this solution, and it comes clean. The solution, will dry almost immediately, because of the alcohol. Never spray directly onto the screen. It is best to turn the screen off, you can see the smudges better. I have been using this formula for years, and it will not harm your screen..

I use diluted isopropyl alcohol and a soft rag that doesn't shed.
