I know my boyfriend doesn't like lip gloss or chapstick on my lips if we kiss. I would just make sure that you have nice lips that are smooth and free of dead skin. You can buy a special exfoliating product for your lips. I have one from Mary Kay cosmetics that works really well. Or, you can use your toothbrush to very gently scrub off dead skin.

For girls... If you put on chapstick and try to kiss me, you'll get turned down. I despise the feel and taste of chapstick. A mint or something is fine, but any sort of petroleum product on your lips is very unattractive to me.

Well it depends on the guy if he likes it or not...my ex saw no point in it, he always said why are you putting on lipstick it's gonna be off it a few minutes. Personally I like it better without too.
