Inuyasha. It is pack full of action and has a great story. It is basically about the feudal era and a half-demon named Inuyasha who is traveling around with a modern 21th century girl named Kogome. They have all sorts of things happen to them as they travel to collect the Shikon shards and defeat their enemy Naraku. Has something for everyone

I haven't read enough D. Grayman but I'll give it props for what I've seen. Naruto, Bleach, Love Hina, and Trigun really caught on to me. I really hate the manga version of DBZ, sorry DBZ fans. The anime was better.

Berserk.
Why? Simple.
It has beautiful and detailed graphics. Not to mention the full cast of great looking characters (not handsome, but fit their role) along with their own personalities, with awesome abilities and equipments (the cursed armor is so cool). The main character (Guts) is just perfect. He's not saint or hero, but he is a man.
And the story is not your average one, heavy and full of twisted, but not complex to make you wrinkle your face thinking what's actually happened?
I love this manga, along with Elven Lied and Gun Slinger Girls, but both of them mixed together still can't beat this excellent manga.

Anything yaoi right now I buy in a second, but I adore Hyper Police and Detective Conan. My absolute favorite right now has to be Sorcerer Stabber Orphen. (Yay! Orphen is COOL!)
