I've been to many formal occasions and I've never bought a dress that is 0 or 1, the smallest I've ever seen is 2/3, which is what i wear and I have a size-0 waste and a very small bust. Try searching for that. And no, you don't sound anorexic, you just sound like you have small bones and no hips, there's nothing wrong with that.

I don't know but if you are that skinny, you need to gain some weight you sound anorexic, maybe you should look for misses or preteen size clothes, not being rude that is just small and most women are not that hin so dresses are not usually made that small
