I am using an infertility specialist, it's my second Dr. then I've been to. I'm not producing enough follicles to have IVI. I am doing everything the Dr. says to do taking the shots. Has anyone had the same problem and what did they do to get pregnant?

my follicles don't fully develope on my own so the doctor has me taking clomid on days 5-10 of my cycle, that's 150mg daily. when my follicles are developed then i take pregnyl it's an injection of 10,000 units. are you attempting artificial insemination or invitro fertilitzation?

I am having the exact same problem ironically....PCOS...have you had ovarian drilling? I am pretty sure you have....I've taken Clomid for a year and metphormin...the follicles are never over 10mm.......last month they were 17 but this month back down to 10. I wish you the best of luck and i dont know what else to do if you are seeing a specialist and none of this is working for you. I know how you feel. I am sure your time will come soon. I know you hear it all the time and you are probably tired of hearing it but i do wish you the best of luck...

Hi! Sorry to hear about the problems you have had conceiving. I do know of a trying to conceive/infertility forum that I think you might find helpful and supportive. It's a really close knit community and there are other women who are looking at or going through the same procedures as you in order to have a child.
