I've gone out with this girl a couple of times, and she really smells downstairs there. It smells like a freaking fish parade. What the hell is that smell ? Should I, (and how do I) let her know she smells really gross? I seems to be worse when the weather is warmer too. Is there some connection?

You friend probably has Bacterial Vaginosis (BV). It is an over growth of normal vaginal bacteria. It is not an STD but she needs treatment because in rare cases BV can cause Pelvic Inflammatory Disease. Unfortunately it does reoccur. She can go to her doctor or a Public Health Sexual Health Clinic. BV treatment at Public Health clinics is usually free.

Talk to her about the smell. Do it in a nice way and then suggest that she see her physician. Much like everyone else said she might have and infection and it just needs to be taken care of.

Just calmy tell her that you smell something in the downstairs department and let her know she should get it checked out by a doctor. If she wails on you, well, maybe you're better off.

She may have an infection, but she should be able to smell it too. Maybe she just doesn't understand about how to clean herself properly. I can not think of a way to nicely tell her. Maybe talk to one of her friends.

You went out with her a couple of times, but yet you know when she smells? She may have BV. Ask her about it.

Could be a yeast infection or a bladder infection. Is she cleaning herself well after sex. Maybe she don't know she smells

Maybe a yeast infection. Just tell her, but do it softly, don't hurt her feelings or make her feel nasty...it may be a medical reason she does not know about.
