You can't lose that much weight in that time period (it will really damage your health). it takes time to lose weight, the best way is gradually cut down food, eat more fruits and veggies. start running in the mornings (earlier the best, air is much fresher). in times you'll see results. it's the best healthy way to lose weight.

That's kind of crazy to do in 2 weeks. It has taken me 3 months to lose my 20 with the help of water, veggies, exercise, and Phentermine.

You can't. The healthy rate to lose weight is one pound per week. Other tips I have for you is don't stress. The less you concentrate on weight loss and rip hair out over it the easier it will come to you.

Liposuction perhaps. Even if you ate very little for two weeks, you probably would not lose 20 lbs.

I don't think that's healthy. Just drink a lot of water, limit yourself to fat, bad carbs, and calories, and exercise. Good luck with that, and remember, DON'T CRASH DIET!
