Go to the dr. or clinic asap. Douch with a little vinegar and water to help, for now, to cleanout the excess and may stop some of the growth. After you get well, stay that way. Contact the sex partner(s) you had also for your info and their safety.

Green stuff coming from her vagina (I presume) is most likely a infection. Possibly an STD. She needs to see a doctor ASAP. she can also go to a Public Health Sexual Health Clinic for free testing and treatment.

My friend had this after she had a miscarriage, it turned out to be an infection. She almost died. Your friend needs to get to the doctor ASAP!
