It is not his war, congress passed the use of force policy which is what started the war in Iraq so blame congress. I think after 17 U.N. resoloutions were broken by Iraq that the war was justified. By the way technically the origonal war (which I served in) never ended. It was a cease fire agreement which was totally ignored by Iraq. go ahead and bash the president, but perhaps you should know something before you speak. Instead of the "it bleeds, it leads" news media ask a soldier who has seen an Iraqi girl who can now go to school for the first time in her life. Marines are also building schools and hospitals in iraq but all you hear is about the negative. For the first time the middle east has a democracy. People there now have satellite tv, cell phones and internet access but all you see on tv is battles going on in small areas of Iraq and people think it's like that in the whole country. Like I said ask a soldier who has actually been there. By the way look at the records the economy is now the best it has been in years. unemployment is low, interest is low, stock market is high. check the numbers before making at statement about something you know nothing about. It is sad when our society gets all their information from the news. Do you recall when 40 days before the election, Dan Rather reported that Bush dodged the draft Afterwards we found out that the documents were forged and Dan admitted he and his staff knew it when he reported on it. HMMMM is there a bias in the news?

No President ever actually bears arms in a war, someone has to take the bull by the horns and lead. Not everyone likes war, but in our culture, war marks every significant historical moment. We are all about war, we call it defending freedom, maybe war is the only way the majority of us can remain free. It takes a while to really understand that war is really painful, and that freedom really is not free. There will always be some livew lost so that the majority can continue living free of REAL political and religious persecution. If you have never had your life threatened for your beliefs, you cannot fully appreciate what our military personnel are doing for us whether you agree with it or not.

Why do you ask such a ridiculous question. President Bush just happens to be The Commander in Chief of all the military forces of the United States of America. He is doing what all Presidents have done in time of war.

We are the enforcers of law and order in the world. When you are the big dog you rule the kennel. Don't you think everyone deserves the rights and freedoms we have? Every president has had our men and women deployed some place in the world because of **** holes trying to rule with iron fists and murder. You better kiss your lucky **** if you were born and raised in the USA.

well...
if he was fighting in the army
then you would be b****ing at the guy who was the president
instead of him
i understand that he's not doing a good job as president
and that our economy is definitely ruined
but honestly...
it may not be him who's ruining everything
he might be taking orders from the people around him
he seems like a guy who would do that.
just think about possibilities before spouting off on how bad he is
or on how bad anyone is.

I m thinking if you don't vote then you have no opinion, but if you did and Bush was not who you voted for then you should know that this was bound to happen and I agree one 60 yr old man wouldn't be so effective and if we don't stand behind our president and our troops then who will.(regardless of stupid choices)

I don't see any need for the war in Iraq but I definately don't understand you when you say "fight his own wars". If his wars aren't the ones he started... which are?
