You may want to look into Sun Chlorella or BlueGreen Algae on the internet or buy them at Walmart /health food st. They are both super foods, algae in capsules, that take care of many problems. Since I have been taking Sun Ch. my super bad allergies are better. I have been actually losing hearing because the allergies and sinus have been so bad! Get tested to find the things ur allergic to or do it the hard way and remove one item every 3-5 days until you find it/them. My daughter is allergic to everything, even the shots and rub on meds for the poison ivy that she gets several times a year. Also to the BG Algae and her son takes it for ADHD, which works great I may add!

I suggest that you find a person who keeps bees in your area. Buy locally produced honey and eat 3-4 tablespoons 3 times a day every day....however you prefer. I like it on toast. Make sure the honey is raw and not diluted with corn syrup. Honey helps me with my allergy problems. Also, chewing on the honey comb when you have a stuffy nose may relieve the stuffiness. I hope you find a solution. Best of luck and God bless!

You might want to try GOJI. It is a whole food that enhances the immune system. It helped mine. I didn't have to take Claritin at all this year.

You can use essential oils for allergies. It seems to work pretty well. Lavender oil is good for allergies I believe.
