If you and the man involved, as well as the Priest and the witnessed signed the marriage license, you are legally married.
You state you're divorced. If you want to get remarried in the Catholic church, you could apply for an annulment through the church. It'll cost several thousand dollars.

No, that never occurred to me that I really deep down wanted to be submissive to a man. Where would that come from? Would he take over in the kitchen, plan the food, put the meals on the table, & plan what lunches I would take to work? I could give my opinions of course, but he would decide & just go & get it. Would he do all the laundry & make sure I had clean clothes to wear on Monday? Maybe I would just help out a little bit. Takes a lot to run a household, so I would vow to help him some. Maybe I should have married & landed some guy to take care of all that. Okay. Now I'm starting to get it. There might be a few advantages. Now I'm wondering if men might have the same feeling about women. Would they want a woman to take charge in their lives & tell them what to do? Probably deep down, they'd really like that. I take it that's some sort of TV show that you're mentioning. Don't know what that 3 women & 1 man thing is all about. I don't have a TV. I suppose if I did & had some hypothetical man come in & take charge, we'd have sports all weekend filling the house with the noise. That & there would always be some episode of a something or other show about 3 women & 1 man. Oh, dear. Now I'm not so sure about him taking charge of the remote control of this hypothetical TV. No, that wouldn't work at all.

This should make your thoughts clearer. When a priest or minister is speaking for God and forgets to say something the event or sacrament or whatever is still a done deal or acurate event. Remember that the vessel may be flawed but the message contained therein is whole. That is why we are called humans. Only in a court of law can a conviction be overturned because of a forgottern comma.

I live in a christian country but forgetting to say "I pronounce you man and wife" isn't a big deal...Afterol, it's in the papers that you will write your names and put your signatures therein, just after the ceremony....I mean,it's just maybe that the priest/minister suffers amnesia,,,...It's for me,,you're actually binded by God through the ceremony and for me forgetting saying something doesn't affects the marriage....have a nice day....

All you have to do is sign the wedding document, if you do that your married. If you don't sign it doesn't matter what the priest says - you still wouldn't be leagally married.

It doesn't matter if he says "Man and Wife", it only matters if the marriage papers are signed and completed.

i think signing a piece of paper that you are married holds more credence than a minister saying you are married.

No because unless he blesses you, God will never see you as man and women, husband or wife, who gives a damn, you don't gotta answer to them
