Is there anything i could eat or take to help grow my boobs because i would like bigger boobs. But im not interested in taking huge steps like implants.. So any suggestions??

My weight fluctuates. I am thin but when I put weight on they get bigger.

The only way to grow your boobs, depending on your age
you have to gain weight all over, but there isn't any type of food that grows boobs. Birthcontrol pills might help, having children helps ( but small boobs are much better for that) Large one's tend to sag, and when you get older they also get a little bigger.
Otherwise the only thing would be implants

Unfortunately, hon, nothing. The size of your breasts can not be changed once they have stopped growing. Massaging is said to help, but can seriously lead to infections, dammaging the nipple, and strange discharges. And no one wants to go there. (After all, what's more sexy? Smaller breasts, or ones that discharge?) The only way to enlarge the chest is my implants. You never said your age, but if you are under 18. your breasts may still be growing all on their own, so just let it happen. You think you're all alone having small breasts? A suprising ammount of people feel the same way. And sure they may matter for a nano second, but a relationship that matters is not based on breast size.

Sometimes just gaining weight can add to size. But I encourage you to find comfort in the size of your breasts already. Sex appeal comes from confidence, nost bra sizes. Look at the actresses now, few of the truly successfula dn beautiful ones have unnaturally sized breasts, and, actually, many of them have quite small ones. Be confident!

Don't grow your boobs, grow your self-esteem. Besides, all the fashions out now are for the itty bitty titty committee anyway.

LOL no, I have already tried everything. Sorry but there is nothing you can do about it. Dont worry about it though, lot's of guys like girls with small boobs.

A well balancced diet is key. But genetics play a big part. If your mothers family or fathers family don't have size you probably wont either.

The size of your breasts is determined by your genes, and there is little you can do about it. Hope your family is full of wome with big boobs.
