Cuteness in the face. The face is the first thing I notice. Usually they way they are smiling or the sparkle in their eyes while laughing. That is what I notice first, then I see the hair and work my way down.
( I am a guy I generally will be checking out the rest, But if she doesn't have a cute face I won't bother with the rest)

Her eyes , maybe the smlie and the shape of her body .I like a women body very sexxy unlike a man just straight no curves . The way a gurl smells turns me on too.

She has to look "unique" and like she is friendly and approachable. No one goes up to a girl if she is either grumpy or treats other people badly. As far as physical aspects, I would say overall body type and for me at least, the line of her neck and her lips are big factors.

Well the eyes reveal to me that she likes me...but what attracts me is the way she carries herself...if it looks like she thinks shes hot...shes hot....(doesn't apply all the time..but most in my case)
