Maybe you could write her a note. She may not want to acknowledge you are growing up. Some women are like that. You might just come right out and say, Mom, I need a bra. If you have an aunt or grandmother that you feel comfortable with, maybe you could get one of them to say something. Good Luck.

Don't drop hints, say, "Mom, I need to go buy a bra." It's not embarrasing at all, she needed a bra when she was your age, just as every young woman does. It's a natural part of growing up. Now, if you had to ask your mom to buy you adult diapers, I could see that as being embarrasing (haha), but not this.

Tell your my you feel you are now old enough or that you feel you need a bra. You shouldn't feel embarrassed to ask your mom for a bra. Ask her if the two of you can go out clothes shopping and then try one on.

Be like "Mom I want a Bra.."
Dropping hints doesn't work.

When I got my first bra I asked my mom "can we go bra shopping"
and she was glad to take me.

don't be embarrased, all females wear bras evetually. Just go up to her and be say "mom can you go with me to buy a bra, because I think its time and I would look and feel a lot better if I had one,". I doubt she'll argue

Just flat out tell her.,,,,remember that this is a natural part of growing up and she should not have a problem with it because she had to go through it to.
