I have a picture of a 1957 Olds 98. Its the kind of car that came with a J2 although I don't actually know that this one did. The picture is slightly distorted--the guy I got the picture from stretched it horizontally for whatever reason. You could reverse the process and have a perfectly good picture.
I would be happy to email it to you. Its only about 50 Kb.
