=(30 / (1/2)) + 10
=(30 * 2) + 10 [dividing is the same as multiplying by the reciprocal]
=60 + 10 [add.]
=70

If I understand your question: you want 30 / 1/2 = 60

and 60 +10 = 70....

otherwise 1/2 of 30 is 15 and add 10 is 25...
