You can't be arrested for adultry, it's not against the law. You can simply be divorced.

I think there are some states where it is a crime, maybe....its just a rumour i have heard. Nothing that I have researched. I know in some states you can take the spouse and the other person into court for a civil suit.

Most states are no fault states. Adultery maybe illegal, but nobody will prosecute it.
