I used to think so when my former husband was alive. Now he has passed away and left me his protegee. I love this boy, and I see in him his father so much. I see me as well though. He is a loon and I love him. I just sometimes see the meanness of his dad and it scares me what it may become.

If I just "watch" it go by.........staying a little bit indifferent and cool to the result it's basically OK.

It's when I THINK about it .........then trouble and badness have an audience.
