Statistically, yes.
The reasons behind this are not clear.
Perhaps it is due to "size expectation" where a person will live up to the expectations they have in their mind.
Or perhaps there are genetic programs that determine how elastic the penis skin is which effects how much blood can fill it during an erection.
There are new methods to increase skin elasticity which you will find on the website below.

I think to a degree i go by noses ... from a book i read xaveira hollander - happy hooker.. she says go by noses ok so english and arabians middle east have long noses and um so far so right.. and asian has short noses so far so right from what i saw.. depends on height as well and weight .. in fact asian made the 1st dildos and extensions this si why they had to make due and came up with kama sutra best things actually so it dont matter size ever.. shirt fat noses = so i think to a degree and italians :-) test it urself if u doubt ...

nope...related to genetics.
not all stereotypes are true. I mean Asians and Jews are not all shrinky dinks and African Americans and Sweeds are not all gi-gumbo. There are examples of all sizes.
The only thing I have found in life is that skinny tall guys have a ...*ahem* bigger wallet, if you know what I mean. And even then that is not always end of fact truth.

No, I would say it more relates to the size of the guy...but everything could be taken in to account. Look at the hands, the fingers; are they short, long, stubby, thin...etc...
