I have been able to view certain national brand commercials online by visiting the company's website. If the website doesn't have the commercial available, you may want to email them to see what the availability is for them to have web access to it.

If you are looking for specific commercials there may be better sites, but I've had a lot of luck at YouTube.com.

YouTube.com runs thousands of online videos, and I wouldn't be surprised if they ran commercials.
