I don't know what your problem is, but I've written a few myself and can tell you, if nothing else, writing it WILL make you feel better!

Delivering it is hard, but hopefully you will find forgiveness!

Whatever you've done, remember there's two sides to every story.

Allow your words to flow from the heart, be confident in writing, state the facts, make sure you include details. Don't be over-apologetic.
When saying "I'm sorry", be sure to tell this person WHY, specifically, you are sorry and the reasons that lead up to this wrong-doing.

If this is something you know will not happen again, please remember to stress upon that and give your reasons as to why it won't, to assure the reader of your seriousness.

Allow time for the recipient to read the letter, take it in and feel your sincereity!

If you have a difficult time expressing yourself, go to a greeting card shop and look for the "I'm sorry" cards to either give you an idea of what to write, or even better yet, pick one up to send to the person you offended and add a personal note on the blank side of the card. Not sure what you are apologizing for but, keep it simple and from the heart. Good Luck

Ask spider man is your best bet in my opinion! BUT! If you are in business for yourself don't think that an apology is going to get you out of every jam you get in when you **** up! While most mistakes are completely avoidable they will happen on occasion. I am self employed and I follow this philosophy: If you do a good job for someone they will tell one person, if you do a bad job for someone they will tell ten people. So you see if you keep ******* up as we put it in the construction industry you won't be in business too long. So keep the apology letters to a minimum!
