Not me. That's just something to help ease it a bit. A complete life change is what is needed and that includes diet exercise cholesterol medication and the list goes on. I have a friend who is in her 40's and has a family history of heart blockage and both her Mom and sister have had triple bypass surgery twice already and even some stints put in. It is only a mater of time now for them because there is nothing else they can do for them short of a heart transplant and due to the vein and artery conditions of all 3 that is straight out because a new heart requires good veins and arteries to feed it.
Whats with the asshole thing by the way? That is not a terrific way to get answers from people.

It's an odd question to ask for Yahoo Answers.
I assumed you used MONA first? ( morphine, oxygen, nitro, aspirin)
AED followed by am emergency angioplasty while the patient is under ACLS?
And then a reperfusion of thrombolytics like streptokinase, urokinase, or alteplase.
Atropine is also useful (but obviously NOT the only treatment) in treating first degree heart block, second degree heart block Type 1 Wenckebach, and also third degree heart block with a high purkinje or AV-nodal escape rhythm. In third degree heart block with a low purkinje or ventrular escape rhythm.
When you said "Licocain", you really meant Lidocaine right? Lidocaine is used mainly as an antiarrhythmic agent. A class 3 block you need make sure there isn't Asystole. The physician in charge should make that call.
