Dirtbike cylinder 2004 can I use it on a 2000?

I was wondering if I could put a 2004 cylinder for a rm 125 onto a 2000 rm 125 dirtbike??

no, a 96 to 2000 are the same, but i think major differences between 2000 and 2004

I think mxlj is right in 2001 they changed the power valve and I believe the stroke is shorter too.
