I only use a few. There are probably dozens of them, but most of them make any sense to me... like this one... %-) ...what the feck is that supposed to be? Or... :-# ... is that meant to represent a face who has just got its lips stapled together? I'm only 21 and I feel like I'm behind with the times!!

I heard someone had a faulty microsoft keyboard, rang their helpline, gave them the serial no. on the back and got sent a new one! (and then they proceeded to cheating MS out of a few other peripherals...) point is, phone Dell and beg for a replacement....worth a try before you buy a new one.
