It depends on the city(s) you wish to see. Moscow was just rated the most expensive city to live in, worldwide by MSN. So it's not like a few American dollars will impress anyone. In smaller towns costs are cheap to reasonable but the larger cities are quickly becoming Europeanized. I recommend going through a few websites that offer tours based on your interests (History, Art, Meeting people, etc)

are you kidding they need money offer 200 usa dollars.. to them its like a thousand.. youd pay 200 for a rental of a car or a hotel room .. figure 10 bux an hr is good.. providing they speak english and take u safe places and progue ..
