Scolari of course. Portugal hasn't made it to the semis since 1966 and he did it this time, and if not for a penalty they could have beaten the French. He definitely beats Klinsmann or Lippi in terms of strategic play.
Weird that no one's mentioned Domenech. His team has been impressive.

I must say Klinsmann...He is just awesome. He was with the team all the way and supported them all the way. He is just the greatest coach. Any team would be happy to have him.
