Look up school uniforms and supplies in your phone book.
They sell everything from athletic shoes to football gear, socks and Tee shirts.
ANYTHING, that students need, pertaing to school.
They can provide you with the purchase of one item, to a huge amount in bulk.
They sell everything at wholesale prices to the public.
If you don't have a supply store in the place where you live, just search the web.
Try adidas and Capizios. Also, look for "T-shirts, custom made"
On your home page and click search, under the catagory, WEB.
You will find hundreds that sell them in bulk, for cheap and print anything you want on them for you. No extra charge.

I assume that's you're looking to have shirts printed with graphics for the senior class. I like www.cafepress.com is a pretty good site. You can upload your words and graphics and they will print as needed on t-shirts of different qualities and many other things too (hats, totes, etc.). You also don't have to have money up front and people can order individually if they choose to.
When I was an undergraduate in college, I always preferred to use a local screen printer. You can probably get recommendations from other groups in your town and find a list of them in the Yellow Pages. Compare prices and the quality of the Ts. The more you order, the cheaper each t-shirt will be. A local shop might also agree to be a sponsor of your senior class (with a little advertising in it for them) and cut you a deal on the shirts.

You could contact Fruit Of The Loom. With you being school president, i'm sure that would give you an edge on possibly getting shirts in bulk, at a decent price. Most companies love giving back (for their own good from exposure) for a good cause.

Uniformly? I assume that they're for something school-related because I can't see why the president thing would matter otherwise. You could try Costco, they have cheap shirts in bulk. If you want some that are a little cuter try Old Navy. If you don't need them to look the same, try Value Village. It'll be cheap.
Good luck!

Just do some searches on Yahoo! for t-shirts, custom t-shirts (depending on if you want to have an image silk screened onto them), etc. and your search will turn up places like customink.com
