Someone once said, "Don't dress for the job you have, dress for the job you want." As an executive assistant, you could probably get away with dressing a little more casually than some of your co-workers because you likely won't be meeting with clients, traveling, etc. But I recommend looking to your boss (or if your boss is a man, find a woman at his level) for an idea of what to wear. The more professional you look, the more seriously you'll be taken.
That said, don't dress overly formal, or in a way that's dangerous for your job. For example, if you're working in a factory or warehouse or construction site, dress safely for your situation.
I also recommend contacting the HR department where you are interviewing to see if there are any actual rules pertaining to dress, like no open-toed shoes, no miniskirts, no spaghetti straps, etc.

For the interview, try some nice tailored black pants and a fairly formal button-down shirt, or a semi-formal (knee-length or longer) dress. Try to find out the dress code of the place. Good luck!
Person above me? That's from a movie! Whatsit called? I know it has Jennifer Aniston in it.

I would recommend going into one of the better department stores and getting a nice black or/and navy suit, in case of second interview. Get nice tan stockings and nice heels at least 2" nothing over 4" and smile. Always make eye contact and make sure your skirt is only a couple of inches above the knee.

Especially since you are going for the interview, you need to definetly wear business formal. You basically need to make yourself look neat and put together.

I love Christian Dior. Their designs are very contemporary and creative, yet sophisticated as well.
