My rabbits have a hutch where they can go inside and outside, now where they can go inside they have black bugs with long torsos and little heads and then there is little centipeed looking beetles and they both like to burrow under the shavings. Are my rabbits at risk or are they fine. And what should I do about the bugs!!! I already cleaned out the cage and now they're back!!!
(I don't have enough money to replace the cage)
Thanks... Jean

You should bring your rabbits inside. Why should they have to live with bugs? That's not sanitary. You can litter box train your rabbits. Please check out these websites.

you most likely have a nest under the cage. move the cage inside, Jean. domestic rabbits were not meant to be outside.
