The correct answer is Darryl Strawberry (Mets 83-90, Yankees 95-99, SF 99 and LA 91- 93) and Jose Vizcaino (Mets 94-96, Yankees 2000, SF 97 and LA 89- 90 and 98- 2000).
I missed the "in name only" part in the beginning just like everyone else.

Nobody did. Strawberry played for the LA Dodgers, not the Brooklyn Dodgers...and the SF Giiants, not the NY Giants, The only man to wear the uniform of all 4 teams while they played in NY was Casey Stengel.

Cute, but there was one man who actually wore the uniform of all four modern New York teams: Casey Stengel. He played for the Brooklyn Dodgers and New York Giants, and managed the Brooklyn Dodgers, New York Yankees and New York Mets. (Stengel did not play in the short-lived - 1914 and 1915 - Federal League, a rival major league with a team in New York).
