I took my wife to see it because I knew she would really like it. I was one of only two guys in a totally female audience. The other guy was there with his lady, too.
But to my surprise I liked it. I didn't like it in the same way my wife liked it, for the clothes (although Anne Hathaway looks awesome in this movie), but because it was about making choices with situational ethical consequences. It has subtle humor. And from a film quality evaluation, it is one of the best made films. It will win awards, no doubt.
Great acting, editing, excellent script!

It's strictly a chick flick unless you are on a date and really into the person you're with.

It depends what kind of movie you like. If you like movies like this one then go ahead watch it, incase bring a girl so you have a reason to be there
