I never have and never will. I checked out the site though. It looks like it could work, but I would never supply my personal information (especially credit card info), to any company selling such a product. I would not trust them because they are operating outside of US law and you have absolutely no recourse at all if they turn out to be crooks. Even if they are not crooks, they are trying to circumvent the system and should not be trusted. Even if they don't steal from you, they probably mishandle your information by selling it or storing it insecurely. I wouldn't trust them. Just wait until you are old enough to do whatever it is you want to do and don't do anything to get into trouble.

yes i did. i spent 100$ back in february for it- and in april I received a piece of PAPER with a blurry picture that has on it MICHIGAN and nothing else. i feel like a dumbass for wiring 100$ to Mexico. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PERSON! It is a scam.
