Um.... first of all this is the most ridiculous idea I've ever heard. It is obvious that you have no idea the number of the executive branch's responsibilities. And there's a REASON for three branches... each balances the other so that nether can become too powerful. With only two branches it becomes remarkably easier for one to overpower the other.

And also-- you have to remember that there's more to the executive branch than the president and the cabinet. The executive branch goes down from Bush to your town hall meetings... even to things like the FBI...hell--the army! Have fun getting that idea accepted.

Try reading Political Law books. Read the Constitution.

You will appreciate the importance of the Executive Department.

Bad idea. Checks and balances. The question should be where are the checks on the federal judicial branch. Once federal judges are in they can pretty much do as they please, and "write" legislation as they please by overruling it as matter of political opinion, instead of what they should do, which is interpret current legislation.

I'm gonna stick with the US Constitution on this one.

It's got us this far. We've saved the world several times and I'm afraid to go messing with it.

I don't like everything about it.........but as we vote it evolves into pretty much what we need.

So far so good.
