What is the best way to make a roll-up-cigarette?

I have blue Rizla papers and Golden Virginia tobacco. What do I do?

10 points to the one that tastes best, I will try ALL reasonable answers!

Give me both please maxine, and when I say the best tasting I mean the smoothest smoke. Oh and by the way, my health is irrelevant for reasons that are private to me, smoking will not kill me any faster I assure you folks!

Hold paper gum side away from you facing up.
Place rolled and split tobacco evenly along the paper.
Use two thumbs to roll to tube.
Push tube section over and roll up to edge of gum.
Lick gum and stick.

Easy peasy, just don't ask me about filters or roaches (british slang for piece of card rolled in the end in place of filter.)

you tear a small strip off your rizla packet and roll it tight for a roach, put it in the fold at the RHS of the skin, get some baccy, not too much, just a fair amount, and put it in a line from the roach to the far LHS of the paper, then take the whole thing up in both hands, between thumbs and forefingers, rolling the baccy until it's a nice tubular shape, then push the upper skin layer in around the top of the tobacco, make a crease so the top layer is folded over on itself when you roll the main body of the cigarette up over the top 1/4 cm of the rizla, keep rolling til the bottom layer of the paper is all rolled up, and what you have looks like a ciggie, then lick and stick and spark up.

First, take two rizlas and stick them together so you have a double width one.

Next take a good pinch of GV, tease it out so it's even, then add some more so it's rich and crisp and even.

Now give it to yor GF to roll between her thighs for a bit.

Now feed the rizlas down where you last saw it - keep sweet talking the GF.

Now you need to lick the edge of the paper a bit, so prise open the GF's legs a bit so you have something to lick. Run your tongue along the edge of the paper (and anywhere else you think needs licking).

When she comes, your completed cigarette will pop up. Place in mouth and apply flame. Suck gently. If you don't know the technique, let GF demonstrate - but not on your precious cigarette!

I don't know how to make them high quality but I knew a guy once who was so poor he would take the used cigerattes out of people's ashtrays, break them open and then use papers to roll new cigerettes.

And dude, there's no filter on those. Are you trying to kill yourself quickly?

Go to the liquor store and get some Zig Zag rolling papers. Sorry I don't smoke, so you're on your own, as far as what to do.

If you don't have 'rubbed' tobacco, first you will need to rub the tobacco in your hands to soften it up then curl up the paper in one hand and place a small amount of tobacco in the paper, leaving a small amount free on one end.
Fold the two halves together and roll it backwards and forwards to smooth and even the tobacco out, then roll it a little further and tuck the non sticky end in and roll it in to a tube. Then lick and stick the paper down and twist the end so the tobacco doesn't come out in to your mouth.

It's such a visual thing, it's a little difficult to explain in words.

uhmmm...dont know how to make golden virginia taste any different to what it already does. I hear you can buy liquorice papers though, that might be interesting
