A little over a week ago I got hit in the balls with a soccer ball...wasn't hit hard but it found the right spot i guess...i have def. had worse though...this time however, when i run a lot or play sports within 5 min I can barely walk my left nut hurts so bad...i have no other prob besides pain...what could it be???

go see a doctor!!! how can you still sit around and log on to yahoo when you are obviously having trouble with such an important part of your anatomy ?

Pain = bad. You need to see a doctor ASAP - don't be embarassed, yours will not be the first nutsack they ever examine. You could have a bruised testicle as mentioned above, or worse you could have ruptured a testicle and may require some minor surgery. Get this taken care of, because it could lead to fertility problems or worse.

Probably brusied a testicle. You should see a Dr. if the pain does not stop very soon. Why take a chance with something so important.

what kind of undies were you wearing? was it rubbing your genetals? too tight? such stuff creates frictions and you will end up with black and blue balls!
Did you get hit some time recent ?

Okay go to the doctor that is what they are there for if you feel shy then always do what i do ...think to yourself that they always see worse...make sure that it is not somethign more serious then a bruise,,
