Blood and Chocolate by Annette Curtis Klause. It has love, drama, murder, and werewolves. What more could you ask for?
Seriously, it's a very engaging read, and easily the best werewolf novel I've ever read. It also tackles a lot of issues about being a teenager, and being different, and does so in a very realistic way.

Don't laugh - I didn't want to read it. I got bored. And I couldn't put it down.
