I'm a Certified Dietary Manager so this kind of question is what I do! For females you start with 100 pounds for 5 foot. Then for each inch you add 5 pounds. So your Ideal Body Weight would be 105 pounds...but your ideal RANGE is more important! That is figured by 10% + and - your IBW. So your range would be 95-115 pounds. You are JUST RIGHT, Sweetie!!! Hope this helps!

Well i dont think so how old are you? if you are like 13-15 no it is not alot because i am 13 years old 5 foot one not alot of muscle and weigh that much exactly and i know people who weigh like 120 pounds but are shorter and they are heavy! if you are seriously concerned i would just eat healthy and what ever you do do not starv yourself because it slows your matabolism (sp?) down and you will end up gaining weight. What you can do is drink alot of water and eat a little less, eat around 1,500 calories every day and exercise atleast 3 times a week and you should be good to go. I think you are a normal weight but you can go to www.seventeen.com/bmi and that helps alot because it tells you the truth
