Some things are better off left to the accusers....You know you did the right thing no matter what they say you did...iow, its their problem
It's just the opposite side of the coin for people like OJ and Clinton that beat the system..

an alibi would help, however if this is a legal issue then the presumption of innocents still applies. The so called "Innocent until proven guilty" is the rule

If there are no witnesses, you have nothing to worry about if you truly did not do it. There is no burden of proof.
