I would have to go with Kobe. Now before you people go crazy on me, let me explain.

First of all, Kobe is the leading scorer in the NBA since Jordan in 1990. Second, LeBron is good, but still young. Over time he will get better and maybe the best. But for now he isn't at the top of his game. Wade, on the other hand, has fantastic skills, but not much teamwork. He'll only give away the ball when he has no other option. Watch some videos of him and you'll see what I mean. Kobe has fantastic teamwork skills, and would do well on a team with Lebron or Wade, but for now that is only an option a high-priced team could get.

Overall, I would currently choose Kobe as the NBA's best player.

This is not a fair question. You can't compare Kobe to Lebron or Wade. Different periods of their lifes. The comparison is really Wade, Lebron, and Carmelo. Kobe is the best but by the time Lebron and Wade gets Kobe's age, they should be better according by if they don't get hurt. Remember Grant Hill and Penny!!!

My NBA top 5

(1) Kobe Bryant- He's a scorer like no other and he can shoot the 3 accurately. He holds the record for 3-pointers made in a game(12) . Kobe has an off the chart fade-away and mega hops. One more thing, just like MJ he's on the NBA !st team offense and DEFENSE every season.

(2) LeBron James- The guy can get a triple-double almost every night. I think he's a bigger version of Kobe. Really he plays alot like Magic Johnson. Plus he has the heart the size of a giant and he's extremely competitve.

(3) Allen Iverson- He averaged over 33 points a game this past season. It's not his fault his team sucks. He is a superstar always was and always will be.

(4) Dwayne Wade-Flash is incredible. He quick and plays above the rim. He has good offense awareness, but his defense isn't all that. He plays hard also, but how can he be sick for 3 weeks and how is he hurt every game and there are no signs of this during the game.

(5)Gilbert Arenas-The kid is a star. He's a competitor who shows up in big games. But like Kobe and A.I. he has a weak supporting cast.

Kobe. I don't see LeBron or Wade scoring 81 points. And Kobe has three rings to the other combined 1.

Lebron is better because he led the team to the playoff and also got to the final 8. Many people Wade is better because his team won the final but Wade have a good team to play with and Lebron James team is not so good and he still got into the finals.

Seriously...

You cant answer this question based on a certain game, series or even a season. And there are a lot of things an NBA player must overcome to last and be called the best player..

Wade and Lebron and just starting out hot the way Grant Hill,Allan Houston,Penny Hardaway and Jamal mashburn did..Nobody expected them to end their careers like that..

Whereas Kobe has proven himself to last, deadly on offense, deadly on Defense, hes been there, he has battled the best of the NBA including MJ, slam dunk champ,81 points,3 rings plus he has been a superstar for ten long years overcoming not just defenses, tight games or pressure situations, but also injuries and controversies..He is a survivor and still a willing fighter..You cant take that away from him..

Kobe is simply better than the three..

d. wade is the best out of all of them. this guy has the heart and all. no offense to the other players but d. wade is the ultimate clutch performer. he would beat kobe because d. wade is a fighter he will not give up unlike kobe. did u see the game 7 of their series. when they were down he just sat down. he didnt even try. now lebron is different. he is stronger. but he can make mistakes that rookies make. like when they needed a 3 pointer and he passed it out. he didnt take the shot and passed the ball to some sucky guy. thats what i mean with mistakes the rookies make. im not saying d. wade doesnt make mistakes, but its different with him. lebron needs to be a team player. he can still score but he also has to share the ball.

I don't know. Kobe was a fast-burn star. LeBron and Wade got a lot of talent, but team advantage give to Dwayne the right hand.

O.K. let's get something clear the most loved are Wade and Lebron. Kobe is not liked because of the rape charges and his selfishness, I admit he doesn't know how to get along with team mates and coaches. But when it comes down to the most skilled I've only seen one guy do a 360 on a fast break with the defender right in front of him and not get a charge. I've only seen 1 player hit 3 after 3 standing 5 feet behind the line. I've only seen one player break Jordan's game high of 69. Only one of these men has the fastest crossover. I've only seen 1 player get 3 rings and I've only seen one player outplay the other 2 everytime they play and even though I don't like him sometimes(like when he's throwing playoff games) if I'm gonna be 100% honest that man is Showbe/Kobe Bryant.

I'm going with LeBron, he pretty much carried the Cavs all the way to the second round of the playoffs and was a game away from beating the pistons and going to the 3rd round. D. Wade is a close second but LeBron is amazing.
