Please don't. Your family sounds stressed out. You can cope with it by setting a goal of independence for yourself. Get a job, save money, buy earplugs, get a cat, write in a journal, pray. Right now you have a roof over your head, and with some wise planning, you can keep your expenses down and then make a move to your own apartment, to the military, to somewhere. Stay in school, get your education, and you'll be able to afford a place a long, long way away....if you run away, you'll be desperate and vulnerable to really evil people. Don't let your emotions win this one. Stay strong and have hope. You can do it!

Not much to go on as you didn't let us in a little. But you should be able to go to a trusted adult that can help you. I agree with the other person that answered "Go to a family member, it is probably best to go to a favorite person as it will be easier to talk to. How old are you? If your old enough then you can get out for a few hours. Listen to some music to avoid having to listen some of the things. Music is like medicine as it calms you down. I wish there were more I can say but we do not have all the informations to tell you more. Send me an email if you're not comfortable about posting everything.

running away never solves anything- time goes by - you think you are done and over with your past drama's and with out warning - it flares up again - you are so freaked and you feel like it is happening all over again.

the best thing is to fix yourself - you have to be in a strong postive frame of mind in order to deal/support the rest of your family that can't .

seriously try some therapy - at least you are asking question - that is a good step in a positve direction - really ask for help from someone you can trust - doesn't have to be family.

please don't run.

Do you have any relatives you can live with? I would go to someone you know before just going out on your own.
