First of all, I'm straight. But knowing how anal-retentive or perfectionist some gays can be, it's my guess that they each much healthier than the straight population. Gay tend to act on information that supports and enhances their immune system... perhaps for obvious reasons. They tend to be more discipline about their eating habits so you won't find them ever "binging" although there are exceptions to every rule. My guess is they are into fresh fruits & vegetables, pastas, low red meat, high tofu, and alot of fruity "smoothies" - no pun intended.
