sputtering after 15min changed spark plug,air filter,cleaned carb also replaced coil.

Make sure the gas cap isn't the culprit, remove it when it begins to sputter, see if it settles down.

Ok .. just had the same problem with a 4hp of the same make .. I did the same as you and in the end felt like a complete moron when I found some grass crap stuck up in and around the throttle levers.

May not be it but look for some material simply gumming up the works.

you might have water in the gas tank it happens alot drain gas and see clean the carb again or pull the air filter off squirt some gas in the carb opening. have the throttle on full if it runs then dies most likely its water or dirt in the tank fuel line clogged or dirt or water in carb jets
