AN ORGANISM THAT FEEDS OFF OF HERBS AS VEGETABLES/FRUITS/ AND BASICALLY ANYTHING THAT DOESN'T CONTAIN MEAT/BLOOD.

A Herbivore is a plant eating creature vs. a carnivore as meat eating. Omnivores eat both kinds of food, like most humans and bears. The 'icide' ending means 'something to kill' so a plant eating animal here, like a 'pesticide' is to kill pests often insects.

I have never heard of the word "herbivoricide", but an herbivore is an animal (typically a mammal) that eats grass or other vegetation (no meat). -icide is an agent that kills, so an herivoricide is an agent that kills animals that only eat grass.

But I suspect what you are thinking is herbicide, which is an agent that kills vegetation (in particular weeds).
