I'm going to go out on a limb here and say:
Tell her you want sex.
A man makes no apologies for what he wants, thinks, does or needs.
Now, she may say no. You need to be cool with that and simply dump her for one of the thousands of other women living close to you who would be very happy to have sex with you.
But, truthfully, she won't. Women are very flexible and they are also not very good at basing things on reality instead of fantasy. And fantasy is unstable.
It is overwhelmingly unlikely that firm moral principle and a strong plan for how to live her life is behind the abstinence. More likely, it just seems cool to her at this point in her life. The very second it becomes inconvenient, she will drop it like the bad habit it is.

Well, if you're not willing to wait another 6 years to have sex with her, then get out of the relationship right now. She's not the one for you.

My first question is: Did you know she planned on being abstinent when you first got involved with her?
Second question: How long have you been dating?
I believe you already know the answer to your own question. She is firm on what she wants and you know that you don't want to wait. You're going to have move on because eventually that's going to lead to more problems in the relationship.

If you don't want to wait anymore and your girlfriend does, then you might just have to move on. Do not disrespect her by making her feel guilty for not giving in to you and do not cheat on her. It would be better for you to call it quits and find someone willing to "service" you.

If you aren't willing to wait for her until she's ready you are not the right one for her. If you care about her wishes before yours you'll wait if not try meeting someone who shares your intrest instead of forcing it onto them. Hopes this helps!
