Of course practice. But, I think fitness is a big deal. Also, having a big serve nowadays is important. And, having both a strong baseline game and a strong volley game would be an asset.

I play sports too, and i think the key to being the best is to work the hardest. Practice, Practice, Practice. Never give up and you will surely reach the top.
