u can do it over the Internet but u still have to give the name off you account

You can have the person sending you $ to have their bank contact you and give the employee of the bank your routing number and account number. The bank employee should be able to be trusted. I would recommend you asking the employee if you could call him/her back so you can make sure it's really above board.
You can also have the person Western Union the $ to you. You would have to show the teller your ID to prove it's you. There is also a question that is an identifier to indicate it's you.

Try using any Western Union money transfers...all you need is a number...not an address...as long as you show proof..you are who you say you are. It does cost money though

sounds like you got 419 Nigerian fraud fever, beware the offers from Africa for money transfers they are fraud
