Yes. I'm a darker golden blonde & yes I like it on me. I've tried other but it looks the best also try Smoke it looks pretty good too.

It depends on the look you're going for. If you want natural, black is definitely out. Try a light brown instead. If you want to make your eyes stand out, black should be fine.

I wouldn't recommend it. I would go for something a little more subtle, unless you're going for the rocker chick look. Otherwise, try a golden, copper or light brown.

Sure, if you want to look like a Playboy Bunny... Black eyeliner just makes your eyes look small, anyway.

Not too much. You want your makeup to look natural- not trashy. Just use a pencil and put a little under the eyes. Make sure you use mascara,also

yeah, it might look good. but if i was blonde, i'd maybe get a light brown eyeliner to get a more natural look.

No, you should wear a light brown. Black would make you look hard and you don't want that. Remember, with make-up, less is more.
