Good question. With this rotating continents deal I've heard rumors of China or Australia.
By the way, is 2014 decided yet? I heard South America but no idea that Brazil won the bid.

I don't think it has been decided. FIFA is currently announcing the host country six year prior the event. The 2014 world cup will be held in South America. Brazil is the leading candidate, but the final official decision of the host country will not be made until sometime in 2008.

It hasn't been decided yet.
My understanding is that the location of the World Cup alternates between Europe and some other continent. So it will probably take place in a non-European country
